Our hypnobirthing courses and classes are taught online or in person within Ayrshire, and in group settings or as one-to-ones.
We want to be able to work with you to make sure that you get the best out of your hypnobirthing experience.
Our courses are below, we are currently offering 1-2-1 courses in Ayrshire or online and we have group courses scheduled for you to join with a small group.
